“Order took a few weeks to arrive and I had to chase a couple of times to see when it was going to be delivered. Package also arrived in a very poor state, thankfully nothing was damaged.”

Hi Alex, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the delay in dispatch, this was due to the blue cups not being available and we emailed you to ask if you would mind swapping to a different colour. The £7.80 shipping on the order was refunded as a token of apology. I see that there was also some confusion because the Hermes tracking showed the item to be delivered 2 days before it actually was. We sincerely apologise for the confusion, although this was a fault with Hermes rather than with the brand. We are also sorry to hear that the packaging was not substantial and we have passed on this feedback to the brand. We are glad to hear that nothing was damaged thankfully. “I love all of the products I’ve received from Wearth! The shipping has always been quick and the quality and product range is fantastic. All of my orders have arrived in eco-friendly packaging. You can really tell the products have been made with loving thoughtful care. They usually even come with a sweet thank note from the company! I will definitely continue to do all of my zero waste shopping here.”

“This shop isn’t for me I am afraid. Service is slow, some products are overpriced for what they are. The order is shipped from different places. If only half of your order arrives they don’t refund postage fee. Part of my order was cancelled due to price error on the site, so when I reordered I had to pay postage fee again. Customer service did give me £5 account credit as a good will gesture, but I can’t call it good will gesture, it is my money back for paying extra postage and lost first order discount. Lots of hassle. I purchased as a guest customer and they asked me to create an account that I didn’t want to create just to receive a refund. I won’t order again.”

“Wearth went over and above what I'd expect from their customer services department. I needed my items to arrive in time for my daughter's birthday party and there wasn't much wiggle room for delays with delivery etc.. They were fantastic, ensuring my order arrived in time for the party. Well done.”

“I'm really disappointed with the customer service. I ordered products on 6th March and received the wrong items (at a lesser value). The customer service is really slow to reply to queries (longer than the 2-3 days they quote usually) and they still haven't sorted it out over two weeks later. I am left with products I don't want, still no sign of the right ones. I'm sure it's all fine if you get the right order, but if anything goes wrong or you need customer service you'll soon wish you'd never bothered ordering from them.”

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. I believe that in this case the item was sent via a Royal Mail tracked service which showed it to have been delivered to your address, when in fact you have informed us that it wasn't delivered. We did email you to ask whether you would accept a credit note for the full amount of the order and you accepted this, as unfortunately the brands are unable to claim back from Royal Mail when items are showing as 'delivered' via the tracking information. “Really good quality strap but the latches are just slightly the wrong size for the Apple Watch; slightly too narrow on one end and slightly too wide on the other (the latter shown in the photo). Not too noticeable after a few days of wearing but definitely noticeable if you are coming from a first party Apple Watch strap.”
