“Wide and interesting range of ethically made or sourced products, often produced in the UK. The only glitch was not being able to track my order on the website, but it arrived in line with advertised timescales, so not a problem as it turned out. The item was bought as a present and hasn't been given yet, so I can't rate the item personally - although I like it...!!”

Hi Nicola, thank you for your feedback. All of our brands use ethical packaging. May I ask which brand it was, as Flawless use - 'Delivery Packaging - Eco-friendly cardboard box which is fully recyclable, Paper tape and/or potato starch mailing bags including packing peanuts which are made from cornstarch.' “I was under the impression, with delivery being stated as 2-3 days, that I was buying directly from you and good would ship from you however after having to chase (as my order still hadn’t dispatched after 3 days) it appears you are an agent and have no physical stock as I was told I would get an update as you got an update from the brand. My order took 8 days to arrive and although my shipping fee was refunded as a gesture of goodwill, I don’t think I’d shop with you again.”

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you experienced a delay with your item It states 3-5 working days delivery time on the item you ordered and not 2-3 days. However, we are very sorry that the item took a lot longer to dispatch by the brand than stated. Looking at the correspondence, the brand did not provide a reason for the delay in dispatch, however, we did recently move to a new system which we share with the brands and this brand was having connectivity issues to it. They asked us to issue a refund the postage cost which we did, as a token of apology. We are sorry for the less than perfect service you received and I have issued you with some Wearth store credit as a further token of apology. I will also send an email.
