“There is a massive amount of choice on the Wearth Website. Additionally, plenty of product information including background on their suppliers. This is very useful, particularly for those customers who prefer to purchase locally. And of course, lovely products.”

“Item didn't show up for quite a while. While I'm fine with slow delivery, I contacted Wearth multiple times and had no response until after it was delivered. I understand that they are understaffed at the moment, which is forgiveable of course, but felt that I could've been notified on expected delivery times much sooner.”

“Ordered item 10 days ago, payment was immediately taken, I have still not received my item. Inconsistent communication regarding delivery and follow up since I made contact about what was going on. Reference to and contact from another organisation called Arbor Life which I cannot see reference to on Wearth website. Website.”

You placed the order on 23rd September and it was shipped by the brand Battle Green on 26th September. I will email you to check.
