We do state on every product listing 'Please note if you order from more than one brand expect to receive separate delivery packages' and we state here - https://www.wearthlondon.com/delivery-information/ that 'we are a marketplace, if you are ordering from multiple brands please expect to receive the delivery packages separately.' Regarding your particular query, Royal Mail tracking showed an item to be delivered to you when you hadn't received it, so we liaised with the brand and they sent out a replacement to you.
