“I bought two of these candles because I liked the suttle colouring and Wow they certainly have not disappointed me. I absolutely love them. As the buyer the service was excellent and I was kept very well informed of the process and progress of this purchase. They arrived very well packaged and have pride of place on our main front window ledge matching in with two white candles placed either end Thanks for everything .”

Hi Maria, Have you contacted customer service about this as I can't see any emails from you. The parcel was delivered by Amazon shipping over 10 days ago on the 15th September. Were you not able to find this parcel?
