Terrible! I received my order of dried hops garland, on opening it contained another customers return note, the hops were in a bad state, the previous return clearly hadn’t been checked but sent out to me! Review below from Mr Stuart Gates! I received your return with all your information on! I returned the item and had a refund. I wouldn’t ever purchase from them again.

The hop garland we received was not fit for sale. They were really tatty, looking nothing like the images on the website. They should not have been posted out to us. To add insult to injury, we had to pay postage to return them

Absolute rip off product was rubbish and postage to and from means I get very little back. I shouldn’t be losing my money for poor product. Take a leaf out of Temu treatment no postage at all and very easy returns

Hi Gareth, I'm sorry you had a bad experience here. I can see you had a broken wood slice which you emailed about. Unfortunately some products do get damaged from time to time by the couriers but we always help out afterwards. I can see you were offered either a replacement or refund and opted for a refund which has been processed.

The customer is diabolical. I had to chase and chase for a reply to my emails. Called office between 9 -5 (approx 11.30am) and on a friday, but message sent office is now closed, opening times are mon - fri 9am - 5pm !!!! Am still waiting for my refund of the discounted code that wouldn't apply. Is this just a ruse to get people to order from you, knowing that the discount cannot actually be applied. Very strange !!! I will never use this company again!!!! With regards to the below, I communicated via all 3 channels and only got resaponse from Vanisha on live chat. By the way it was tjhis individual that confirmed I will get the discounted refund. But I am still waiting for this, so when will this be ?

Scam company!! Unable to get in touch .. via phone email or complaints number!! You have £70 of my money and I have still not received my product!! That I ordered 30th November!!

Hi Maria, Have you contacted customer service about this as I can't see any emails from you. The parcel was delivered by Amazon shipping over 10 days ago on the 15th September. Were you not able to find this parcel?

I've received an email to write a review for Wedding Mall. But I haven't received my items yet, nor received any comms to advise what is happening, so my rating is - pretty bad!

They were pure white and definitely not cream. Still waiting for a response to my request to return the flowers !!! Questions below irrelevant at the moment.

Why because EVRI have not delivered it yet. It should have arrived on Wed 15th Feb but apparently there is a delay. Not very impressed with them.
