“Service was good, however they had travelled 60 miles in my car, according to my odometer. !!!”

“We contacted the driver 20 minutes before we arrived at the terminal and he met us there .when we came back we called him and he met us 15 minutes afterwards the only issue is description of the pick up and drop off details are different to the instructions on the website . We had to drop off and meet the car at the passenger drop-off area which can be a bit deceiving because you don't know exactly where to stop and wait part from that service is good”

“Overall very happy, slight mark down because on return collection both machines were out of order and had to join a 3-4 minute due to pay the exit ticket but thats not the company fault so will give them 5 star and will use them again.”

“Was not informed until we arrived that we needed to give the driver £4 for the barrier also meant same on return £4.50 could only be paid by card If we’d known this beforehand it would have been more cost effective to book elsewhere. Also we had a 20 minute wait while other meet & greets have had our vehicle there waiting for us”

“Our BMW SUV was returned to us on the 17/11 with a graze on the front off-side bumper which was definitely not there on drop-off. Parking Box are completely denying all responsiblity - there's a surprise! The matter is now in solicitors' hands.”

Dear Customer, We have investigated with the (Parking Box) and they have mentioned that the damage was pre existed and they have the vehicle pictures which they took at the Airport. The company also mentioned that they have emailed you back and have not receiving any response back from your self. Please contact them back to resolve the matter.
