My order was processed very quickly, and we received the bike less than a week after placing our order with no issues! We received the bike in time for our daughter's birthday, and she loves it!

Great service, fast shipping. Love the bike. The only thing, is that the bike in the picture looked royal blue, and once it got here is more towards the turquoise blue... wish I've got the red one instead

Bike is great, but back tire was completely flat when it arrived which deflated the experience of giving it to my son since he has had to wait until we could go to a gas station to fill it up before actually riding it. Lack of an intuitive user manual felt lacking. Was able to put it together but the instructions are less helpful than you would hope.

The bikes were shipped easily and in good condition. I do wish it were clearer that the upgraded seat adjustment piece was just for color. I thought that the upgrade made it easier to use, but it's simply a color, that doesn't even really match the bike color...

Hi Anonymous, We appreciate your feedback, thank you. There seems to be a misunderstanding about the premium seat clamp. It is in fact far superior to the standard clamp provided with the bike. The cam is shaped differently, making clamping more easy and successful. The clamp arm is longer providing more leverage. It is also anodized in special colors instead of painted black. We propose mailing you a standard black clamp for comparison- we are certain you would not use it after seeing the two side by side. We will also send you a refund for the premium clamp, keep it as our gift. Thanks for including us in your buying decision and thanks again for the feedback.

Thank you so much for helping us pick out the perfect bike, a Ridgeback Scoot XL, for our almost 4 yr old grandson. He had been pretty hesitant to get on a bike until he saw his new, bright red bike. He was so excited, loved the bell and brake light and after only 24 hours is already starting to run with it. He says it's awesome that it doesn't have any pedals and can't wait to show it of to all his friends. Many thanks to Wee Bikes for helping us pick the right bike and size for him. Love that the bike came mostly assembled! Took 6 days from order to arriving at our door with the free shipping :) Our little guy loves his new SCOOT balance bike! And we got a great little promo rate. It was cheaper than any other online store and we had the reassurance that a bike expert assembled and checked the bike before shipping to us!

I researched what balance bike to get for my youngest extensively and finally settled on the Yeedoo too too. Wee bike shop was the only place I could find it, and I read great reviews about them, so I ordered. The only problem was, that I was cutting it really really close to getting it on my daughters actual bday-- a big day when you're only going to be 3. Important to have it there on time. I thought I'd give it a try and contact them just to see if they could expedite my order to ensure a delivery on her birthday. I am SO glad I called. They were so willing to bump up my order ( which was #40 in line) to the top to get it out that day, which would ensure delivery right on her birthday ( spending an extra $25+ was just not an option for our family). They said they were happy to help, and glad I called, otherwise they have no way of knowing the circumstances, and we're happy to help. This is the kind of customer service that is so valued to me, that they are there to help and understanding even it was mom' s fault for waiting until the last minute. I would totally order from them again and will spread the word also! They were also very knowledgeable about balance bikes and wanted to make sure I had purchased the one that would be best for my daughter-- we did agree on the one I had purchased for her. Thanks Weebike shop for getting to us on time-- I know she will LOVE riding it! Keep up the great work! Above and beyond!!

Bike came in great condition and we appreciated the wrench and additional assembly instructions. Shipping was a bit slow - placed an order mid-day Monday and it didn't get shipped out until Wednesday.

The Ridgeback Scoot was the perfect bike for my soon to be 4 yr old! My only complaint, and the reason it's 4 stars rather than 5, is the "processing time." The website said 24-48 hours, which was fine. But after purchasing the bike early Thursday morning, the bike was still processing Monday morning. I feel that this is a ridiculous amount of time to process a single item.

Hi Mary, So glad to hear the bike is a success. We should make a clarification about the processing time for our orders: Every single one of our bikes is removed from it's carton and bench prepped by a bike technician before shipment. There is always a queue of bikes lined up for this treatment and the reason we do not ship bikes immediately or same day is to account for the time it takes to make sure every bike is free of defects, that the tires are inflated, the rear wheels are trued and the brake set is tuned and adjusted for good performance right out of the box. We also insert some documents and a moist hand wipe for our customers to use during and after assembly. All of this takes about 10-15 minutes per bike, and this is why bikes usually do not ship on the same day. Depending upon volume, it can take up to two business days. In your case, the order was received on a Thursday and the bike was dispatched two business days later. If it was as simple as putting a shipping label on an unopened, uninspected, untuned bike, it would be easy to ship all orders the same day they are received, but this is no the case at WeeBikeShop. We try to over-perform on the front end so that your experience with the bike is as successful as possible. Thank you for the feedback.
