So far so good not made clear that you required a double months instalment thereby putting the account in credit

It gave us a good contract which has saved us money. However we did not want to continue swapping every few months.

I used this site to “flip” energy, and as it is a part of GoCompare, and as you would expect very easy to use and “flip”. I would have rated this as five stars but rated as four stars because my mail box was inundated with “tell us what you think” emails, 16 so far. So I’ve rated them let’s hope I don’t get any more.

Reasonably straightforward, however not happy about having to pay new supplier 2 months credit! I don't see any reason for this to happen, an explanation would be appreciated

Some suppliers do take a double payment, at the start of the new supply. This is mainly to ensure that you’re in credit, to help cover those winter months for when we use a bit more energy than usual.
