Sorry for any confusion this may have caused you, this isn’t the service we wanted you to have. Your MPAN number should be twenty-one digits and begin with an S like this: S 01 234 567 21 891 123 456 789, you can find it in a grid box on your electricity bill. If it’s not on your bill for any reason, you would need to give your energy supplier a call.
If you could reply to my personal message with more information, such as your email address and which web browser you were using and print screen's of the problem, that would be much appreciated. I would like to look into this further for you, so if you could send the information to James@weflip.com or give me a call on 0800 470 4700, I will be happy to help.

“I provided all information I was able to do on-line in my requested switch but there was no apparent conclusion to my request and I don't know if my switch has been successful or not. I was not contacted by my present supplier (as I was advised I would be) so it appears my requested switch was a waste of time. Please advise if I am wrong. And if I am wrong, please confirm to which supplier I have been switched.”
