Thanks for leaving us some feedback. Great question, TOTO Energy always take a double payment when you first flip with them. After that it's just the normal standard payments. This is mainly to help cover the costs of those cold winter months, you can see this in the T&C's as well.

“Having been wrong footed by the recent hike in electricity Standard Variable tariff, I looked at weflip to research current 'electricity only' deals, we heat with oil.
The site is easy to use, takes you through a step-by-step process and gave me an accurate comparison between what I would pay staying on the SV tariff and a new smaller supplier fixed price scheme quantifying my electricity costs for the next eighteen months. This was very straightforward - I had one minor query, but simply rang weflip and had an immediate helping hand to complete the form.
