Very easy to use. Just enter your current supplier and energy use from your annual statements. So far only made the first flip. Proof of the pudding will be when (if) they find my next switch.

please can you tell us why the first payment to Toto is £165.60? when we only pay £99 per month now, i know after this payment it goes down? Kind Regards Mrs Denise Rimmer 17 Hill Park Road Fareham Hampshire PO15 6EH

Hey Denise, Thanks for leaving us some feedback. Great question, TOTO Energy always take a double payment when you first flip with them. After that it's just the normal standard payments. This is mainly to help cover the costs of those cold winter months, you can see this in the T&C's as well. It was simpler than I expected, details required were explained which helped. The actual switch is yet to be completed, if it is completed to my satisfaction I will be very pleased.

Pretty much the same as other price comparison sites. It appears that their main attraction is that they’ll keep reviewing your current energy deal and will let you know when a better one becomes available, in fact they’ll automatically change supplier and advise you. I did not fully appreciate this and hope that if and when a change starts to occur I will have the option to stop it if I’m unhappy about the supplier being changed to.

WELL I'LL TELL YA SPORT, I SAW YER ADVERT AND YA FLIPPIN CONVINCED ME TOO, SO WITH A COUPLE O FLIPS OF A ROOS BUSSLE I WAS ON MA LAPTOP FLIPPING, ALL WAS GOOD TILL I GOT TO THE BIT WHEN IT WANTED MY GOCOMPARE PASSWORD AND I WAS UP THE CREEK WITHOUT A PADDLE THATS WHEN I NEARLY GAVE IN BUT I RANG YOUR OFFICE AND SPOKE TO A DELIGHTFUL SHEILA AND I WAS FLIPPED IN MORE WAYS THAN I COULD IMAGINE, YOURS DAVID HUGHES, XXXX 40, STANWOOD AVE S65-HY.

I thought your process was uncomplicated, very straightforward. However, several days have passed since I 'flipped', and as yet I have had no communication from my new supplier. I will not tick any of the 'recommend', as I can't comment until the process of switching is completed.

We do try to make our process very straightforward but sometimes it can take up to 5 working days for the supplier to get in touch with you. It was easy to use and the only problem I found is that if you pay your old energy company quarterly by direct debit but want to pay your new one by monthly direct debit there is no facility for this.
