“System to flip was very easy BUT on receiving information the following day about the Company we had flipped to for Gas and electricity we were surprised to find out that they were charging DOUBLE the amount promised for the first month so that they had money in credit. It therefore would take 4 months to see any savings per month in bills. The amount I was advised I would save over the year was OVER £50 less than their figure PLUS if I did not receive back the first part of the DOUBLE payment I had paid in the first month it would be OVER £150 less than what they advised me. I think Companies should advise of this procedure before they draw you in. So not really sure whether I would recommend or not as maybe all companies do not work the same”

Using the online system and the telephone eventually got us past the post and registered with them Only negative comment is do not depend upon anyone from Weflip to call you back because they don't...Still await settling my old account with previous supplier....
