“I have been completely mislead. The weflip figures quoted do not correspond to reality. I was promised an annual saving of £410.32 but based on the DirectDebit figures charged by the new supplier I will have to pay £1,214.32 more per year. This is flipping outrageous!”

“Pretty much the same as other price comparison sites. It appears that their main attraction is that they’ll keep reviewing your current energy deal and will let you know when a better one becomes available, in fact they’ll automatically change supplier and advise you. I did not fully appreciate this and hope that if and when a change starts to occur I will have the option to stop it if I’m unhappy about the supplier being changed to.”
