“Chen Immigration team helped me prepare both my NIW and EB1A petition. Both cases were approved without any RFE. Especially when my EB1A was filed, I only have 300 citations. It is not a strong case. The team is very professional and patient, they answered and explained every of my questions and always respond in time. I appreciated very much for their excellent work!”

“I'm very glad that I had Chen Immigration Law Group as my legal representative to file my I-140 case. Around mid-November of 2020, I had my case approved. The group is very professional, pay extreme attention to the details, very cooperative, and they handle your case as if it is the only one they have. The language they use in preparing the case and responding to the RFEs is very strong precise!! What I also like also about them is that they work as a group which eliminates any margin of error and saves a lot of time. I'll definitely recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone I know in my situation. I'm very happy with them and I'm choosing them to handle my I-485 case as well. :)”
