“My item came damaged, I understand they were willing to replace the cover, I didnt want to keep it because I didnt want it to happen again, and they dont offer to pay for shipping it back even if the item is damaged, which most companies will provide the free return. They did give me a discount to keep it, i only took it because it wasnt worth returning the item (shipping was very expensive)”
