“I have been waiting for delivery for 8 weeks and when it’s near to the delivery date I received an email saying that the item is broken in transit and that too the information was given only when I contacted them regarding delivery.

The item ordered in November has still not arrived and after some customer service updates from "Amy" via email I have not heard back from then for two weeks despite constant emails from me. The telephone number is not taking calls or messages. I feel as though I have been scammed. They have had £1000 of my money for nearly 6 months and I have so far received nothing.”

I ordered Arbaz Office Desk back in Feb, and I'm still without a desk or refund!
Weilai Concept so called customer service is beyond a joke, they appear to have one customer service representative called Amy who is probably one of the directors or owners of the company. Weilai Concept do not have a customer services direct dial contact No. and appear to be completely faceless. Upon further research they are a drop-ship company importing goods from China, they have a small warehouse holding facility in London!
The Arbaz Office Desk originally delivered was completely the wrong desk, i.e., white not black and the wrong style! Amy did offer a complementary coat stand or side table as compensation if I agreed to keep the desk which I immediately declined. Another replacement was dispatched, but courier damaged the desk in transit, Amy did offer 10% if I agreed to accept the damaged deck (pic attached). After several attempts to find alternative product Amy arranged collection of the wrong desk and at the same time the courier would deliver the agreed replacement. This didn’t happen, the courier just collected the incorrect desk and the next morning I was notified by Amy the alternative dispatched desk had been in-fact dropped and shattered by the courier. I have since chased Amy relentlessly for a full refund, her initial reply was that she needed to check with the warehouse if the incorrect desk had been booked into the warehouse before any refund could be processed! I was honestly flabbergasted that I’m held to ransom for my refund for a desk that Weilai Concept delivered incorrectly more than 6 weeks ago in the first place! I have chased and chased all of this week and now Amy has gone on radio silence.
Worth noting that most of the reviews on this website are completely fake as Weilai Concept has no affiliation to BoConcept but do have a connection with Boohhome who no longer appear to be trading! Weilai Concept is a trading company of Jia Capital Ltd, company Reg. No. 12512493. The company director and registered business address can be found on Companies House if anybody needs to log an official compliant with the Trading Standards Authority.

I brought a sofa bed sometime the last year but I didn't get around to writting a review and also I was waiting for them to send my money back which took MONTHS. Before purchasing the Item from this company I had seen some bad reviews, even when someone had said "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE" but being as eager as I was I went along and spent my money anyway. In a long and shot brief the pictures looks Amazing online but in real life they are cheaply made and look terrible. I wanted to return my Item and Receive my money back and it was a hassle. I told them also I have no bed to sleep on as I have packed it up and they didn't seem to care what's so ever they greedy people that just want money and they Don't want to pay people back their money they should be closed down. “This company scams people out of their cash, no contact telephone number, there is no full address, just the name of a road and a post code, when you Google earth them, the exact location cannot be found. The goods I have ordered have never been delivered. I emailed this company to ask for my money back as they failed to deliver the goods at the specified date, they replied with “ we don’t refund monies” and asked that I contact the couriers, Proovia, to rearrange the delivery, I replied with, my contract of sale is with you and not the couriers, to which the same issues are ongoing to date, item not collected, warehouse closed, no room on the van. This company has been posting fake reviews on Trustpilot and consequently, have been removed from the review website. My bank are aware of them and Action Fraud…..DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!”
“Ordered 6 chairs, paid then told only had 4 but could send on 2, agreed to wait for 6 weeks for the 6 chairs.
8 weeks later 5 chairs and one broken (snapped leg).
we were promised a replacement in 6 weeks 12 weeks later nothing, but apparently for the last 3 weeks they have been in the warehouse and 2 weeks ago they were being put on the overnight express delivery.
I would seriously suggest that a company you cannot call on the telephone, is not worth spending your hard-earned money on, I shall be going to court as I see no alternative, boring and time consuming, but I know there is no alternative”

“Weilai Concept have shown an incredibly unprofessional approach both with their slow and vague customer service and their significant delays in shipping products.
They told me after months of delays my delivery was to be expected on Saturday 6th August. When this didn't arrive, they then informed me that the product was still 'on the sea'. Very suspicious behaviour. I do not have confidence that my product will ever arrive. I have now requested a refund that has not been actioned to date.
My recommendation is not to purchase from this organisation.”
“I ordered a dressing table on the 15th May where it was stated on their website that it would be delivered in a few days. I then received an email saying it was out of stock and I would need to wait 8-9 weeks which I was fine with as it was what I really wanted. I was then taken by surprise a few days later when the dressing table randomly turned up at the house. This is where the nightmare began. The packaging was completely damaged and had clearly arrived from china. Upon opening the packaging I discovered the whole thing was chipped, scratched, damaged, poor quality and just not worth the £539 I paid. The mirror was also missing. I got in touch with the company to ask for a refund to which they offered me a partial refund of £250 which as you can imagine I wasn’t happy with. I then requested a full refund to which they made me jump through hoops to get them to even agree. Eventually they agreed to the refund and arranged for parcel force to collect the packages (they didn’t want me of the collection either). When they received the items back I contacted them and they advised it would be 14-21 days for my refund which is ridiculous but if it meant I would get my money back then I was willing to wait. 22 days passed and still no money, I then got back in touch to ask where it was and I coincidentally got a refund notification email. It then took a further 3 days to get the money back. I believe this company had no intentions of refunding me and it’s only because I had contacted trading standards that I think they got scared. Throughout all the awful communication with this company, the vast majority of responses were received in the early hours in the morning. This company claim to be a UK company on their website however I am almost certain they are operating from China and using the name ‘Amy’ as their customer service advisor. Do not use this company, their items are not worth the money and even if it hadn’t have been damaged I wouldn’t have been happy with the quality of the furniture. The photos attached are just a snippet of the damage.”

2. They deliver products in 8-9 months in reality . They will give you fake delivery date before making a payment and upon receiving money , they will ignore you .
