“I highly recommend Welcome to any traveler to Rome. Our driver (Massimiliano) was brilliant and pointed out parts of the ancient city as we drove past and told us about markets etc to visit - he went above and beyond. We also bought SIM cards through Welcome, which made things incredibly easy and smooth.”

“My entire experience with Welcome Pickups was excellent! The website was user friendly and after booking my taxi I was given a warm reply of welcome along with some other services they offer. The driver was prompt, very polite and even had a tray with cold bottled water waiting for me. The entire trip left me feeling pampered and valued! I wouldn't even consider using anyone else on future trips to Greece!!”

“The driver mr. Daniel Escobar, speakin english, was waiting near the outside door plate with my name. It was easy to meet him. He took our luggage, and we came to the taxi. After travel he said farwell smiling friendly. The first touch with unknown large town Malaga, in the night, was without any stress.”

“Booked online for transfer from airport to hotel & then from hotel to riverboat. Great communication upon arrival at airport. Only issue was that they arrived upon touchdown of plane and only stayed 1 hour. They didn't take into consideration the 15min taxi to the gate, deplaning, passport control, long walk to baggage claim, etc. We barely made it in time. For the 2nd transfer, we had the hotel call the driver to tell him we were ready 1 hour early. He showed up within 15min! Drivers were friendly. Cars were clean. I would most definitely use this company again.”
