“Both pick ups cancelled last minute leaving 8 people very stressed and disappointed. Totally out of order with cancellations at 10pm for a 7.30am pick up! Outraged”

“My driver Jacques Armel Owoudou Mbala is the most reliable and kind driver I’ve ever experienced. I accidentally booked the wrong station for my elderly parents travelling alone - but he still drove to collect them and took them safely to the hotel. It’s rare and special to be so wonderful! Thank you!!!!”

“The driver in Barcelona scammed us and likely stole our bag. There were 2 bags to be loaded, he told us to get in the van that he would load the bags. We got to the airport and one bags was not there. He was either completely incompetent or he scammed us and left it behind for a partner to pick up. There was no other person on the sidewalk.”

“On Friday 7th July Nikos picked us up from Piraeus Port in Athens . Our ferry was over an hour late and he waited . I was very close to missing my flight to Crete but he waited outside the Port which meant he avoided the traffic jam and all the cars coming off the ferries . He drove skilfully across Athens to the airport and got there in time to make my flight. I was so grateful to him as I would have had to stay over night in Athens at more cost and lost a night in Crete . A fantastic service and would not hesitate to use Welcome Pick Ups again …..a massive thank you to Nikos .”

“Booked weeks in advance. They cancelled when we were an hour outside of Paris, leaving us scrambling at Gare de Nord to find transportation for our family. If you’ve been there, you know you want to get out of there as fast as possible, especially with two small children. Completely unacceptable service. Will not book with them in the future.”
