“First time I've used Welcome pick ups but will definitely use them again in the future. Both drivers to the hotel and back to the airport, were punctual, courteous, friendly and informative. Both also spoke excellent English and gave us a commentary throughout the journey about Prague. Thank you Karel, Yauhenie and Welcome pick ups. Thoroughly recommended.”

“My driver was very friendly and showed up right on time. I was kept up to date with arrival times and time to my destination. I was also provided with water, which was very welcome after a long flight.”

“Very impressed with the service we received from your company. We were notified via text when our driver had arrived for the pick up and drop off. We were provided with a photo of our driver which helped enormously. We were offered a bottle of water each and a sweet on arrival in Barcelona which was welcomed. The vehicles and drivers were immaculate. Both very pleasant journeys. We would highly recommend your company and will certainly use your company again on our return visit. Thank you!!!”

“Your taxi service was excellent! Kumar arrive a bit early, text me, flawless in manipulating the HK traffic/street as on my trip to the Hong Kong airport and spoke English extremely well. “Just used this service for our transfer to our hotel whilst on a short break to Seville and again back to the airport on our return home. Both drivers were friendly, polite and informative and the vehicles were clean, comfortable and in excellent condition. We would certainly recommend this service for anyone wanting a quick and efficient transfer service”

“Great service, met at exit of departures by driver who was pleasant and 'chatty'. Yes it cost's more than the normal taxi, 5e extra but as there were 4 off us it's not a lot. We had text messages as soon as we landed which was re-assuring. The return journey was even better, driver arrived 10 mins early as city extremely busy, again a nice driver who chatted most of the way back to the airport. If I return to Barcelona I will definitely use 'Welcome Pickups' again.”

“Not only in time for a 630AM pickup to the Madrid airport, but 2 minutes early. Our courteous driver, Juan Carlos, gave us a narrated tour en route. He went in the airport to make sure we were exactly where we needed to be for our check in.”
