“I contacted my driver one day before I arrived to Paris and he was kind and immediately available via WhatsApp. On my arrival he was punctual at the airport. Nice conversation during the trip. He gave us good tips about the city.”

“Awesome service! Driver was waist the terminal when we arrived (our flight was late but he tracked it and stayed ready for us). Highly recommend this great service for no stress transportation!!”

“Extremely disappointed that cancellation charges were imposed due to terms and conditions change last month which was not communicated well enough at the time of booking. This was despite booking multiple time with welcome. Service good otherwise and definitely recommend welcome.”

“Service is very professional. For same price as a taxi its a no brainer. When you arrive at strange airport tired its great being met. Driver very considerate. If you not in mood to talk fine. If you want recomendations they full of great advice. Will use again.”

“A very efficient service, we were informed of the drivers details (including name and photo) by email a couple of days in advance of our pickup. Both drivers spoke excellent English, were on time and their taxis were clean and modern. I would use Welcome Pickups again and would recommend them.”

“Cancelled on us for a Hong Kong pickup at the last minute,had been on cruise ship with no internet to get their email message and they didn’t eve; attempt to call so we sat waiting for them for ages. Cab was much cheaper anyway..”
