“I highly recommend Welcome Pickups. I booked 3 transfers before I flew to Athens. I read quite a number of good and not-so-good reviews. I was hesitant but thought to try it anyway and I am glad I did. I booked a transfer from Lavrio to Athens city center hotel for 10:00 AM pick up 2 days before schedule. The cruise docked earlier than expected, I messaged our driver Mr. Theodor B.if he can pick us up earlier than scheduled and he did. It made our day. That was very nice of him. Over all, all 4 transfers booked were successful, All drivers assigned to us were all wonderful, the cars were clean, smell good, soft music was played, and most importantly safe and effecient drivers. Effkharisto, Mr. Panagiotis B. Mr. Theodor B., and Mr. Petros P.”

“Excellent in all respects. Friendly, knowledgea ble, courteous and helpful. It felt like a pleasant drive with an old friend or relative. Needless to say we booked our return to CDG with him.”

“I was charged USD85 (NZD140) for a one way trip from Gold Coast Airport to Broadbeach. That is at least twice as much as any other taxi company and my taxi was an Uber! I have complained many times but the company will not budge and refund the overpayment. The quote on the website was AUD44. At no time did they quote in US Dollars. I would not use this taxi service again and recommend that anyone else do the same. Since writing this review and after much tooing and frowing, the company has refunded 50% of my payment, which I am happy with.”

“I booked (and paid for) a transfer from the Cancun Airport to a hotel in Isla Mujeres. Less than 24 hours before said transfer, the company that was actually going to do the transfer, contacts me to say they can't take me to the hotel but rather to the port where I would have to take a ferry boat ! They couldn't cancel it themselfes so I contacted Welcome just to learn that "we accepted the transaction by mistake". Just be careful when they accept your transaction. It may be a mistake ...”

“My first booking with Welcome Pickups went well. I booked for our ride over 2 weeks in advance. Received the driver info/contact number week before the trip. I did not have to send an email reminder regarding the trip. During the booking I typed in my flight info. My flight was earlier than sched and I was surprised that Mr. Panagiotis sent a timely welcome to Athens message and where to meet him. He was very detailed/very specific with photo attached as to where we will meet. Easy to follow directions. He was courteous, Knowledgeable (he shared some historical facts of the places we passed by) and most importantly punctual. His car was clean/spotless, awesome music, great navigation skills. Highly recommend his service. Using welcome pickup tomorrow, will definitely share our experience.”
