“Great service, easy to use. Our flight was early and I couldn't find our driver but as soon as he arrived my phone bipped into life and led me to him. Brilliant!”

“Ordered our pickup in Canada. I wondered if it would work out. I was absolutely happy that our driver was at the Athens airport with a lighted sign with my name on it. He was very courteous and helpful. His vehicle was spotless. I have no problem recommending this company. 5 stars.”

“We spoke to our designated taxi driver to tell him our flight had been changed and we would be arriving 5 hours later and gave the company 4 hours prior notice . The APP is not working to edit a booking . We paid extra twice and sent confirmation but you have still cancelled our booking and we will be stranded at the airport at midnight tonight (29/11/21)”

“We had very good service from Welcome pickups drivers, they are very polite and helpful. However on July 21st we had our car cancelled by Welcome pickups on the same day as our journey, they sent us an email, last minute, it was just luck that we noticed it. We managed to find a taxi fortunately. Instead of a refund they gave us a voucher for 66€ which I have been unable to use, the Welcome pickups site won’t accept it. So I’m wondering how do I get my money back ? I have been unable to communicate with the company.”
