“We were collected from the airport by Tito. He was professional and charming. We were given our driver’s details prior to our trip. I would recommend the company Jill”

“I've used a good number of transfer companies before but none have been as good as Welcome. I particularly like the drivers details and photo being supplied a few days before the pickup. Their selection of drivers and quality of cars are also exceptional. Michael Dean”

“Welcome pickups is one of the best airport shuttles in our opinion. Used them in several European cities and have been 100% happy every time. Our driver Pedro patiently waited while the airline was delayed in delivering our luggage. The drive was smooth and comfortable - and another driver named Pedro picked us up at our condo and took us back to the airport in the same elegant style. And not expensive either! Good work Welcome Pickups. We'll be calling you again soon.”

“We had a school group of 18 that required airport/train station transfers. Although I was nervous about booking online, I was really pleased with the professionalism, care and attention of the drivers (Juan Carlos, Luis and Daniel). They were prompt (at times early) and helpful, pointing out the sites and answering questions. I would highly recommend this company.”

“We booked Welcome Pickups on-line. Our request was acknowledged and we were kept informed every step of the way. On arrival, we received a text message to confirm that our driver was waiting for us and were exactly met as planned. On departure, our driver arrived in good time at our hotel and took us efficiently to the airport. The drivers were courteous and helpful and displayed considerable skill negotiating the Lisbon traffic. Overall an excellent service that I would recommend.”

“My trip to Cypress wasn’t the way I have planed,they toke me to the wrong Hotel,and was late at night I had to spend the night in that hotel and spend double the money,they promise me a refund for the hotel but I have never receive it.”
