Horrible service. I booked a week in advance and they quickly charged the funds from my credit card. One day before the departure date they cancelled the trip, did not call to let me know, and said they would refund the money in the future. I was left with no money (because they charge in advance) and not enough time to book a new transfer service. I had never been so mistreated by any company, it was really horrible.

Great service! So convenient to not have to find your way into Paris after a long day of flying. The driver was friendly and helpful and able to accommodate our delayed flight.

Easy to book. Lots of information passed back to us. With updates right up to the point of pick up. Plus photo and name of driver and make of vehicle. Plus location of pick up point.

DO NOT use this company!! If your airplane is late, they will not pick you up and will keep your money. On the website it says that they will monitor your flight and make arrangements to pick you up. This statement is FALSE! We were 1 1/2 hour late from Athens, which is out of our control, and we were told by the company that we needed to rebook the transfer to our hotel and pay again. This is outrageous!! We tried to make arrangements with the local driver to no avail. No one wanted to help. Once we arrived in Santorini we cancelled 10 days before the return drop off to the airport and they charged us another 20%. A total rip off of a company. They do not provide customer service and could care lees if you are late to the airport. We will never use this company!! Beware, today it is very difficult to arrive at any airport on time due to the limits if personnel and airplanes in all of the airlines. Do not fall victim to this company, they are not reliable. Your safest route is to use a local transport when you arrive at your destination. Prices were less expensive for a luxury vehicle (Mercedes) in the Santorini airport, and this service will just be a waste of your money!

Although our flight came with two hours delay the driver was always in touch and was waiting for us.

I think this โ€œserviceโ€ is a scam to take your money with no real help to get a refund. The web site says that the driver will monitor your flight status but it was clear that mine did not. Once on the plane, which was delayed by only ten minutes, I had no way of knowing that the actual flight time was going to delay my arrival by over an hour. I can understand that the driver wants to get on with his work by not waiting more than an hour, but I had no way to call or send a message once I was in the air. Donโ€™t ever book with this company because the airlines are subject to so many delays that travelers cannot guarantee their arrival time even within an hour and your ability to reach customer service to request a refund is next to impossible.

We were first time travelers to Athens. We decided to book Welcome Transfer due to the reviews. Donโ€™t be fooled! On their website they have if you book not to worry about delays the drivers are up to date. Our transfer from Athens to our location was 42 euros jus like many other companies. Our flight delay twice due to technical difficulties on relaying this to the company we were being charged an additional 17euros totaling 59 euros. We checked other companies it was the same cost of 42 euros. We were communicating with the customer service who was rude and disrespectful. So we were enquiring why the additional charges. We asked if we got a refund and was told they would minus 20% fee and refund the balance. This was still cheaper than their cost and because of their crappy customer service we decided to cancel 10 minutes after corresponding to the customer service. Two days later an email come in and we were refunded 20%. If you are a regular traveler we do hope you do not book their service because any mishaps would lead to a dreadful start to your vacation
