“Excellent easy to use online booking. On arrival our driver was waiting in arrivals with a sign, we found him easily and he took out cases to the car. On the journey into Prague he pointed out various land marks. A really friendly, helpful driver. Would definitely recommend.”

“Service was awesome !! A few days before the trip, I got the name of the driver with the picture and the phone number to contact the driver. The driver arrived on time! The ride was pleasant and we got to the airport even before we thought. thanks for the service!! I will also recommend to friends!”

“Drivers were on time and took us to and from our hotel in Madrid efficiency. The driver I met on arrival was very nice, provided water and a map of the city highlighting points of interest. I would recommend and use this service again in the future. Thanks.”

“Excellent informative service. Very friendly driver who arrived ahead of schedule well on time. Clean car and effortless transfer. Very good price and cheaper than the waiting taxis. Impressed and would not hesitate to recommend.”

As you were in Madrid at the time, you probably have noticed that there was almost a month of taxi strike in the Spanish capital, which prevented us to operate. However, your booking had been processed through our partner Mozio, who has yet to process your refund.
