“Lovely Hatley coat. Unfortunately it has come up very, very small. It doesn't go around my daughter. I will have to send back. It's a shame they don't do bigger than a size 8.
The raincoat I bought earlier in the year is fantastic and has more than enough room in a size 7.”

“Happy with the service, thanks. The peg hook on the coat came off and completely frayed away as soon as we put it on the peg. Not a disaster because I'm a seamstress and I put a new one in but not what I would expect from a good expensive make like Hatley. Also delivery driver thought it was ok to open my front door and leave the parcel jammed in the door leaving it open and my dog got out! Lucky we live on a farm and he didn't get far off our land but there are many other places the driver could have left it, ie..my parents house across the yard... Didn't really appreciate him doing that. My front door wasn't locked because my husband was around the farm.....just glad my dogs not been run over by the massive artic tanker that picks the milk up!!!”
