“This is the first time I have ordered from Wellies and Worms and the last.I ordered size 3 wellies for my son but received size 1.When I rang to ask them to send the correct size they said they didn't know if they had any in the correct size and would have to investigate the situation. I rang on a Friday lunchtime and asked if they found they had the correct size could they please send them for next day delivery as needed them for the Monday am & they said they wouldn't be posting until next week now.They then emailed me a return label with no label attached! Bought them from somewhere else!”
