“Although these wellies arrived quickly and were a good fit I was very disappointed to find they were faulty and I had to return them. They had a big ridge under the heel inside the right boot which I feel Aigle quality control would have picked up at manufacture and they should not have been offered for sale as perfect.”

“Beautiful coat very generous sizing I was gonna order a size 6 as he is nearly 5 but the size 5 is more than big enough! Arrived quick but the coat itself does smell fishy??? Will just hang outside to air off”
“The willies arrived really promptly and are fantastic. Really bright colours, a good generous fit and they appear sturdy and hard wearing. The Toddler is very impressed with them and put them on straight away. We haven't actually tested them in the rain yet though! The only criticism was there was a lot of packaging which seemed a bit unnecessary, although it's good to be cautious I guess!”

“W&W are Horrendous to deal with. We ordered a Littlelife Adventurer child carrier but the one we received was faulty. As instructed to do so by their own customer service team, we returned the product with a letter explaining the fault and stating that we wanted a like for like exchange. Many phone calls later we got nowhere and still hadn't received our exchange. Finally today (07/07/15 - over a week since returning the item) we were told we'd been refunded! We didn't want a refund! Rather than do right by their customers, W&W have simply washed their hands of the issue and told us to reorder the item - without the 20% off that we originally got. We will reorder - from somewhere else completely.”
We are sorry you are unhappy. When the item was received back it said on the notes that it could be refunded for the customer to order again. We refunded you and emailed you the refund. We actually offered more discount (30%) for a reorder so its inaccurate to say that we would not honour the original discount. Clearly you are unhappy for which we apologise for and I guess this unhappiness has led to this statement.
“I have only just ordered the children's umbrella so it has yet to arrive. The service so far has been good. I saw the 'same' umbrella on a different website for a couple of pounds more. Once p&p had been added it was a lot more, so I think the pricing is good as well.”
