“Although these wellies arrived quickly and were a good fit I was very disappointed to find they were faulty and I had to return them. They had a big ridge under the heel inside the right boot which I feel Aigle quality control would have picked up at manufacture and they should not have been offered for sale as perfect.”
We are sorry about this. I agree it should have been picked up at manufacture. Unfortunately we are not able to inspect every item we buy. I trust the return was dealt with promptly. Thanks Lee
