“I have made at least 8 pizzas with the pizza crust mix and the crusts were really great! I'm sensitive to eggs, so I have to use the "flaxseed egg" substitute, but the crust still turned out wonderfully. Looking forward to trying the other GF mixes!”

Hi Edna! Thank you so much for your feedback. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused. At checkout, it was stated that our bake books are digital. They are constantly being updated with new content and as a result, they are only available as digital copies. You can downlaod them and store them on your smart devices (mobile or computer) where you would be able to have access any time even without an internet connection. You can even print out recipes for when you are ready to use them. I do see where we sent you instructions on how to download the books. Please let us know if you need any further help with doing so. “My order was expedited very quickly. I have used about half the mixes: bread mix and miracle mix. Pancakes have been good, coffee cakes really good. Breads disappointing. I must be doing something wrong. Loaves are only about two inches high baked in a regular bread pan.”

“I thought the bread came out excellent. I appreciate that it's all in the bag and you just have to mix it. That said, my only complaint would be that it's a little expensive for what's in it. It only has a few ingredients, and only the flax is organic. I was going to order again, but at $11/bag before shipping, it's a bit costly for us at this time. But grateful that you're out there!”

“I purchased the pancake and waffle mix - these were fantastic and allowed me to enjoy a Sunday breakfast with my family without feeling like I was missing out. Because the base is almond flour, the waffles i made were very filling, so the mix actually can last a lot longer than I initially thought.”
