Despite having only had one session, I was truly impressed by Alisia's professionalism, preparedness, and helpfulness. From the moment we started our session, Alisia created a warm and supportive environment where I felt comfortable opening up. Her deep understanding of therapy techniques and her ability to guide the conversation allowed me to gain valuable insights into my own thoughts and emotions. “It was good! I had some trouble with using the video chat on desktop, which cut into our time, unfortunately. But otherwise, it was very direct and thoughtful (shock which felt good for a first meeting)!”
