“I ordered my blood pressure monitor late afternoon and it arrived the very next day. The communication was excellent. I asked a couple of questions before my purchase and the response was clear and timely. I would fully recommend Wellnostics to anyone!”

“The testing kit was reasonably priced in comparison to other suppliers. The tests it offered were not as many but plenty to cover the things I wanted to test. The kit was professionally made and most importantly the instructions on how to use it were very clear and easy to follow. I have not checked my results but they appear to be accurate based on my knowledge of what I thought it was I might be allergic to. It also was sent quickly and arrived well packaged.”

“Ordering and delivery of product was good, but customer services was non existent. Despite a phone call (leaving a message) and filling out an online form, (creating a WEB8EF ticket) too as I had a problem with the product I had purchased, there was no response whatsoever. The products may be of a good price but the customer services was poor. I would not recommend this site based on that.”

“Very good price on my Nexus rx blood glucose monitor. Disappointed however that if I buy the test strips at £14 I am charged £3.95 p.p. I asked our local 'WELL' pharmacy for their price and it was over £18 ?? So it's a no win situation. Otherwise I am pleased with my purchase but will have to get my test strips elsewhere.”

Mr Davies - Thank you for your review. Postage is a pain for any online reseller. If we include P&P in final pricing it makes our prices look inflated and although we would love to offer free delivery a small company like ourselves can't eat it up yet - that's our ambition. We do offer free delivery on all orders over £35 which is much lower than competitors. Also make sure if you are a Diabetic or buying for a diabetic that you claim VAT relief as that is 20% off instantly. So at £13.30 it would make the GlucoRX test strips very cheap. If you buy 3 boxes at a time with VAT relief you would get bulk discount pricing and would be paying £11.38 per box of 50 and there's no need to pay P&P. We believe that makes us the best pricing in the UK. We'll keep working hard to bring the pricing even further down.

“No correspondence stating when your order will be delivered No reply to emails or voicemail For several days Took 11 days to receive item which was disappointing considering reviews said they received theirs promptly????”

“Ordered bathroom scales on 2nd August, still hadn't received them by 13th August, even though I had received an email about the service. When I got in touch I was told they would be sent overnight. So what had happened to my order in all that time? Have been offered £5 off next order,but I won't be using your company again. You could always refund me £5!!!”

“Easy to navigate website with a good range of products. I ordered 2 GlucoRX GO blood glucose meters so my diabetic son could have back-up meters our two cars. The meters arrived very quickly & securely packaged, they were a great price too, so we are very impressed with Wellnostics and would definitely recommend and buy from you again.”
