“Very disappointed with the tree - would have been lovely if the top half of lights worked. Customer service slow to respond to faulty item. Several emails sent informing them of fault and picture and video sent in as requested. Got fed up with waiting for replacement so asked for a refund and still waiting for a returns label to be emailed to me. You can’t speak to a person either - all communication is by email etc.”
“Although my order arrived 2 days later than expected, customer services were indeed quick to refund me for the delivery fee and apologise. However, when the tree arrived, and I took the time to fluff it up… it certainly exceeded expectations - so the delay was well worth it. I’ve had so many compliments from neighbours passing by. It’s a show stopper and one that is well made. I’m so delighted I settled on this tree. I purchased the 45 meter lights also!”
