“I wish to thank the outstanding team at WeRChristmas for one of the best customer service teams, I had a problem with my bracket and I emailed the team and the customer service representative Jude got back to me very quickly with a solution and sent out a bracket, but that bracket was too small and my tree fell over and snapped after another email to them the supervisor Elliott was so kind enough that he actually sent me a new tree I am so grateful to them both,and would like to thank the professional team at WeRChristmas for a excellent service.
I have shopped at WeRChristmas for many years, and brought quite a few things and the quality has been excellent, quick deliveries and well packaged items never had a problem, when I did this time it was dealt with a professional manner quick response back, not like other companies keep you waiting and ignoring your emails thank you again WeRChristmas for having the best customer service they are a asset to your company.”
