“Bought my set of reindeer to place in the garden but had an issue with one of the them. Initially was not dealt with well but after being in contact with Olivia and Sofia they were able to rectify my issue. They were exemplary it's a pity the other staff aren't up to their standards. “Customer IT department absolutly terrible. I had ordered 20m of string of lights that came in 3 sections. 2 sections work but very dull that you could hardly see them working, when I joined them together they didn't work at all. I tried to return them but this was very difficult and confusing, but redirected me to the IT department. After sending videos and photo's on the 3rd correspondance said have I pluged them together properly, "sorry but when you have a male and female connection" you can't connect them any other way??? I felt like they was talking to me like a child. I just gave up and wont be buying string lights of them again,”

“I really like this tree and would have given it a 5 if the programme control had been on a small handset. It is annoying to have to go to the plug socket to change the light programme. It is really good value for money.”
