“Very nice when opened out but one bauble broken on delivery. Maybe squashed when packed. My second one had a broken bauble too luckily it was an end one so could be hidden.”
“Really pleased with the tree but a bit of a problem with delivery. Email to say I would get it on Thurs and van turned up but no tree. Email again to say it would be out for deliver on Fri but then I got another email to say there was a problem. Sat morning aand another emal to say it would be delivered on the afternoon which it duly was. The delivery guy didn't ring the door bell and just left it on the doorstep. Fortunately we were in and seen the van leave but it could have been left there for someone to walk up to the door and lift it. The picture says it all!!”

However the instructions are a bit sparse if you’re not sure about how to connect the eccentrics.”
