“Some of the items I could not use a little string of house lights were broken on arrival and the tree ‘ topper was far too heavy to use so it was also not used . The communication re’ delivery was non existent I had to continually email to ask for updates so not a great first experience .”

Will not use this company again. The first place we took the parcel to for return said the label was wrong which WeRchristmas had sent. The second place said it was ok. A lot of stress for an item which was sent incorrectly. A correct item was sent but no notice of it being delivered was received. Rubbish”
“Beware if you order gold!! This is not gold! The colour is more silver. I queried this and was told it was gold. It might say gold but the colour is not. Do not buy the colour gold.”
“I received a pre-lit spiral decoration after reasonable time. However it was not as advertised on the website. It was white not copper. I contacted the support team by email 3 times with no response. I rang once only to be told that the agents were engaged and the phone call was terminated by them. I wish I had read these reviews before!!”
