“I have never received them. Evri has left them in unsafe place whilst we were away, and they've got stolen. I have reached out to them but they haven't responded yet. Very sad, as this has ruined our Christmas tree decorations and have to find alternatives last minute. Currently I'm in touch with our concierge to see who stole them reviewing the security footage.”

“We ordered a pre lit Christmas tree on 4th December, due to be delivered in two to four days. I did email when the tree hadn’t been delivered on the 8th December, and received a prompt reply explaining that the courier had a backlog of orders, but we could request a refund if we wished. Anyway the Christmas tree arrived yesterday, just as described. I have sent a thank you email, and will definitely be happy to order from you again in the future.”

“Lovely garland! I wanted to add something extra to my kitchen. Brought 3 and these were perfect!
I have added my own colour scheme of purple but they come really full with baubles so no need to add. They look very pretty on my kitchen cabinets.

“Despite numerous e mails I haven’t received my garland - and I do not have hope that I will get before Xmas - so disappointed - yes I made a mistake with the address /postcode but I have repeatedly e mailed but still no reply and no garland will not purchase from here again as they are unable to sort beyond disappointed ☹️”
“This is what I was after especially with the amount of space between each tree, however the quality of the trees sn't up to much. It looks like someone has wrapped the lights round the trees before spreading them out and when I went to fluff them up some of the branches were tied down with the wire so had to price them away. a couple of the branches came away too but on a good note the light is pretty good.”
“Edited review: Having just completed my 5 star review, where I couldn't comment on the longevity of the product, 3 hours later I can - as the lights have stopped working alteady!! So that's 4 days of operating and they're going in the bin!
I bought the Spiral pathway lights (set of 4) and love them. They're big enough to be festive but not too big that they get blown away in winter gales. Delivery was quick & packaging was good. I've only had them a couple of weeks so can't comment on their longevity - I'll only know that when I take them out again next Christmas”
