“It was fitted into a box that appears to be small for the tree and the tree has sustained damage. I have not returned the goods I will attempt to fix”

“Very disappointed, ordered two light sitting reindeer one of which was damaged and quite clearly had been returned by a previous customer ( no plastic cover on plug, packed upside down and tied with ribbon ) had to wait to be sent a returns label and am still awaiting a week later for confirmation of returned item. No correspondence regarding replacement or refund.”
