“I want to give a higher rating because the garlands that arrived today are fine, but the customer service approach makes it difficult.
My experience involved split deliveries, wet/damaged boxes left on the doorstep, and a wreath that is currently missing. When I contacted support, the response was polite but dismissive. Regarding the damaged boxes, I was told they have "no control" over the courier. Regarding the missing item, they won't assist until 7 days have passed since the last update.
As a customer, I understand delays happen, but a company is responsible for the couriers they choose to partner with. Hiding behind rigid policies when items are missing or damaged isn't the best way to handle Christmas orders.”
“Absolutely LOVE the garlands I purchased. They look stunning, they are easy to bend and place and look amazing when lit up. I have bought 5 of the same as they go all the way up my staircase up three levels. A I feel I have made a great purchase to keep over the years so thank you!”
“I paid for it and I never received the wreath. I'd like to say it was lovely, but I can't. Ive emailed werchristmas and ive heard back that they sent it and told me that I will receive it. The courier company said it was to big to ship and to go back to werchristmas, which I have done and asked can I have a replacement, but have heard nothing back so far the customer service is not the best and I do hope I receive the wreath in good time for Christmas, but I'm not keeping my fingers crossed. Overall I don't think I'll be buying anything from werchristmas ever again. Poor service”
