“The box arrived damp and torn before I even opened it. Inside, the garland was mouldy and had a strong smell of mould. While I did receive a prompt refund after raising the issue, there was no apology, explanation, or offer of a replacement, nor was there any attempt to ask how they could make things right. I would have expected better customer care and quality control.”
