“I love the tree it looks great and realistic the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because one the branches is a bit too loose and flops a bit so I’ve put at the back and I would have sent it back but that seemed to much hassle”

We completely understand how frustrating it is to find that connectors have changed and that this wasn’t as clear as it should have been at the point of purchase.
Over time, some of our lighting ranges have evolved to meet updated safety standards and improve performance, which can unfortunately mean older and newer systems are not always compatible. “This is the best company to deal with for anything to do with Xmas ,we ordered string lights for on our trees but we did'nt read that we needed a transformer.So I sent for a transformer which was the wrong one so we asked which one we needed,the advice came back in double quick time.They exchanged and supplied the correct transformer this company is amazing”
