“The 3 wise men rope light was not working when i unpacked it. The live chat agent was reluctant to take the broken item and exchange it for a working item. She said i would need to pay to return it myself despite it being faulty. She eventally said she would replace it, but i would need to dispose of the faulty one myself.
The customer experience was not good, and i had to really be decisive to actually receive the replacementm entioning the distance selling laws. Disappointing....”

“Ordered Thursday, Surprised it came the next day. Very efficient. Put p and extremely pleased with my purchase of the tree and accessories. Colours really work. Looks very real. Only downside (probably on all these trees) is that the top vertical tip should probably be stronger and firmer as my star is a little heavy, but I managed with some long reeds). But that is such a small gripe. Extremely happy.”
