“I personally would not purchase from this company again. The products are cheap, mass-manufactured items that are comparable to pound-shop or Temu quality, yet sold at far higher prices.
The returns policy is equally disappointing. Return postage is at the customer’s expense, and on top of that they charge an additional, unjustified “restocking fee.” This feels unreasonable, especially given the poor quality of the products.
Overall, the quality does not match the price, and the returns process places all the risk and cost on the customer. I wouldn’t recommend this company.”

“I love this tree. It was simple to assemble and once I'd spent time fluffing out the branches it looks amazing. The lights worked straight away, and there's a choice of light settings. It's a game changer and I won't buy a real one again...well worth the spend.”
