“I have purchased many items through Werchristmas and have always been happy with my products, until now. I bought the Craford 7ft Prelit Christmas tree and have only used it once as I was in hospital the 1st year. I put it up for the 2nd time yesterday to find out that the top part won't light up. I've contacted Werchristmas who will not help as it's out of warranty. You get a 3 year warranty with purchases now but when I purchased, it was only a year. I would expect to get more than 1 use out of an Xmas tree that retails at over £300. This has ruined our Xmas, we are struggling financially and now we have a half lit tree. I would not recommend them after this poor experience.”

“Box contining tree arrived in good time. Box sightly damaged by being punctured by something but no damage to tree Have not yet completely removed tree from box as not ready to decorate it but hoping it will look lovely for Christmas with the lights already fixed and just the baubles etc. to add.”

“It’s hard to find a tree collar over the size of 70cm especially for trees over 7ft without paying an extortionate amount for them. I got this for under £30 Black Friday deal and I’m over the moon with the tree collar fits my 9ft tree perfectly. The quality is good, very sturdy. The hardest thing was lifting the tree up out of it feet to put the collar on😡. My error as I’d already put the tree up before ordering it.”
