“I am very disappointed to discover when I recieved my package that there is no mains plug included,this wasn't made obvious in the advert.I got in touch and was eventually told that no it's not included,so I then got in touch again to ask which plug I needed to buy and how much would it cost me,only to be told it was out of stock and not due back in untiljune/July,so I then asked if you could tell me which plug I needed to but from a different place,so far no reply.My concern is that without a plug I cannot test this product and if I have to wait until June/July if they don't work you will tell me I have had them too long to get a refund.This was my second purchase from you in a short period of time.Iwill not be recommending your company to family or friends,or purchasing from you again.”

“I never received my order. I contacted WeRChristmas asking being asked for a review. I was only then told that my items had been lost by Evri who are known for doing this so I don't know why they use them. They were for a farewell celebration for a dying relative.
I wasny notified until I contacted them and would no doubt not have received a refund if I hadn't done so.
I'm now expected to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund so do not have the funds to purchase elsewhere.
Think carefully before placing any orders!”
“Ordered CandyCanes to replace a set I bought last year which only last a couple of weeks before becoming faulty. This was disappointing but reflected the poor quality.
When order arrived I actually received a Christmas Tree in error! I then went through what can be described as nothing short of chaos trying to return via Evri (not my choice!).
Eventually WRC arranged a ParcelForce collection.
Summary - poor quality product, disappointing to have received a totally wrong order and returns chaos.

“100% not as described, I’ve been sent a returned item with no labels, just something thrown into a huge cardboard box. Customer service? A disgrace! They were asking for evidence (pictures)! How can you see in a picture that the item is not new? On top of that, they said they’ll charge me for transport even though THEY sent me a horrible tree, not cheap at all. I had to pay someone to take the box to the post office as the box was huge, for a little christmas tree (they also sent me the wrong size) and did not fit into my car. Not recommend this item, not ti mention the customer service…a bad joke! I want my money back!!! The item was sent back last week!”
