“Phone arrived in very poor condition”

“Bought the IPhone 8 and arrived with a cable and a tray pin. The phone had a 2cm scratch quite deep, besides that all was okay considering what I paid for it. The cable charger garbage, I had left the charger plugged in my USB by accident at the gym. On my way back home the charger lit up and it burnt my seat. Now imagine if I was longer in the gym what would have happened to my car!!!”

“The worst service I’ve ever experienced before. I ordered for iPhone XR case. It took more than a week and my parcel wasn’t received. It was mentioned only 1-2 working days. When I asked about it, they even didn’t sorry for the delay. When I asked refund, i received only the msg from them saying “your amount has been refunded “. Never mentioned how long it would take for refunds. Terrible experience.”

“Checked reviews and went with buying a refurbished phone from weselltek. Wish I had not, Phone arrived and I was eager to unpack and use. Should be simple but the phone is entirely in Chinese with no other options. What the hell, Telephoned using the contact details on the invoice. Spoke to Martyn and asked to send pictures via email. Did so, Another chat on the phone which was no help. Told that they don't sell Chinese phones yet thats what I have. Advised to send back for refund so just a hassle. Why do they not check phones by turning them on before shipping I don't know nor did Martyn. Bad experience for me.”

“I bought an iphone that said excellent condition but when I receive it it has scratches all over the edges and very visible ones . I would have returned it if I wasn’t desperate for a phone. Wouldn’t recommend!!”

Hello Dennis, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can see from your order you have ordered a phone in "good" condition. Our grading description for a good handset is as follows: "These handsets will show heavy signs of wear which can be dints and deep scratches on the housing and screen, we recommend purchasing a protective case for good condition handsets which will hide most of the damage." From your review comments it would appear the phone meets the criteria for a good handset, however we do offer a no quibble 14 day free returns service should you wish to return the phone to us for a full refund.
