“Received handset very fast. Slightly disappointed with the handset. Ordered pristine condition and the screen was scratched in several places. Handset works as it should and daughter is happy with it.”

“I bought a refurbished iPhone XR, condition was more or less as described but the battery is non Apple, so disappointed with that aspect. Delivery was good and efficient.”

“I looked at your reviews and they were good, so I ordered a phone that was supposed to be good. Most of the reviews said that they ordered a that said good and it turned out to be excellent. Mine turned out to be fair there were scratches at the top of the screen. I can only describe it as someone had used sad paper and rubbed it over the top centimeter of the phone. I was quite disappointed but as it only cost £230 I decided to keep it. I just hope that my grandaughter doesn't complain.”
