The service is excellent and works really well, however the setup of the service was very long and for the rest of our park we still have people who have nbot been connected and we cannot get a compleion date.

Installation quick and efficient. Early days but broadband speed much faster than BT. Customer service excellent and helpful

Great communications, installation went as promised and was done very neatly, and service started straight away. Minor gripe was new router not working with my old extender, but that was easily replaced by me, and now we're getting much better speeds than on the old copper connection. Time will tell if the service is stable and reliable, but a month in we've had no outages...

From start to finish Wessex Internet have been fantastic. Once they got to our area they kept us informed, found a time that suited us to come and connect and were very polite and showed us how to connect to the box. Excellent broadband and haven’t had any drop outs of service compared to our old broadband provider.

Wessex Internet came and installed their fibre broadband to my house very quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with their service. My internet seems to have improved immensely since installation.

Dear Sirs I don,t usually respond to reviews of this sort but on this ths time I feel strongly that the service which you gave me jn getting me going was exceptional For example your 0perater Ruby Milligan travelled about 40 miles to sort out a problem with my instiillation in her own time.
