“Firstly they offer an amazing range of products. Secondly they offer purchases at low price and 0% interest. Third my application for finance was processed and approved almost instantly. Fourth I got my purchase (bike, cleats, pedals and lights) from Newcastle to Hampshire in 48 hours. Had a slight mishap with the delivery company but Westbrook were not responsible for this: in fact they dispatched my items before my trip abroad as promised. Online purchases are new to me, but this company seems to me a bench-marking one. Amazing.”

“Great customer service = happy customer. The bike I ordered had been damaged in storage and as it was out of stock I was offered the next model up for the same price, which was already discounted. It’s the second bike I’ve bought from Westbrook. The first bike had some early Di2 issues which Westbrook collected, repair and shipped back without question and no cost to me. I would not hesitate to look here first next time.”

“Great jersey just what I wanted. Ordered on line only took a couple off days to arrive. I ordered wrong size with it being casttelli should off got next size up .called shop up and swap it straight away no fuss 10 out 10 for customers service thank you very much”
