“The best customer service Ive had from any bike shop. I ordered some wheels and needed them in a rush. Westbrook went went out of their to get me them in time. When I found a fault with the product they took control and offered to deal with the manufacturer directly saving me the shipping costs. Forget other shops.”

“The online service was great in the first place but what has toppped it off was how good these guys were at helping me with an exchange which, by my fault, was outside of the returns time. Got another size sorted no problem and very quickly too. Thanks again guys! 10/10”

“Really impressed with this shop. Dealt with loads of bike shops over the years. This one is first class. Polite, very helpful, sourced what I needed very quickly, supplied it as promise, all for the best price (not that price was an issue for me). Would definitely use them again”
