“I bought a new mountain bike from Westbrook and arranged to pick it up rather than it be delivered. Its a pleasure to deal with these guys, nothing is too much trouble and they are always helpful. Tom the mechanic came down and set the sag on the suspension and before leaving Westbrook threw in a seat pack and a shock pump. First class service, I've been using Westbrook for a number of years now, their prices are always competitive and they will always match or better prices from else where. I thoroughly believe in supporting the Local Bike Shop, these guys will continue to get my support. Keep up the good work.”

“I was so impressed with the ease of purchasing from you and the fantastic price. I am based in the Channel Islands which usually has UK retailers charging through the roof to get anything to us, so I really appreciated your very fair delivery price and the ease of knocking off VAT from the order. I am also extremely impressed with the speed of the delivery and I absolutely love the bike I ordered. Everything was wrapped and shipped well. Will definitely recommend you to other cyclists I know.”
